Refund & Replacement Policy
At Positive Shifts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or replace an item. However, we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services.
Replacement Policy:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Upon verification of the issue, we will be happy to offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
- The replacement process will be initiated once the returned product has been received and inspected. Any damages must be reported with supporting evidence (e.g., photos) to ensure a quick replacement.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
- All replacements will be processed from Team Positive Shifts’ end within 4 working days.
Non-Refundable:
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any products or services.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered non-refundable.
